Cheese mixture in oil

Cubes of niva, romadour, ermine and Balkan cheese marinated in jars with onions, hot peppers, spices, covered with sunflower oil, served after aging, i.e. in 7 days at the earliest.

Ingredients:

200 g of Balkan cheese 200 g romandur 200 g hermelin 200 g niva 8 pcs balls of allspice 4 pcs of spring onions with blossom 4 pcs garlic scapes 2 pcs bay leaves dried crushed hot peppers sunflower oil pepper salt Other: appropriate jar with cap

Procedure:

  • Cube the cheese, dice the onion into rings
  • Place a few onion rings, bay leaf, allspice in the bottom of the jar
  • .Put in alternating cubes of cheese, sprinkle with thyme, pepper, intersperse with sliced garlic, onion, sprinkle lightly with hot peppers
  • When the jar is full, pour in sunflower oil, store in the fridge and leave to set for 7 days.
