400 g cheese for frying 3 pcs egg 2 tbsp white wine 1 tbsp breadcrumbs to taste semi-coarse flour, lard

Cut the cheese into slices. Mix the eggs with the semi-coarse flour, add the wine, salt and breadcrumbs. Mix and make a dough in which to dip the cheese and fry in hot lard on both sides.
