Cheese gnocchi

Dough made with flour, butter, salt, eggs, milk, nutmeg and cheese.

Ingredients:

250 ml of milk 150 g 70 g of butter 40 g 40 ggrated cheese 3 pcs eggplant ground nutmeg salt

Procedure:

1. Put milk, butter, a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Add the flour and stir constantly until the batter is smooth
3. Let the dough cool, gradually stir in the beaten eggs, a pinch of nutmeg, grated cheese and mix well
4.

Recommendation:

-Serve as a side dish with steamed Vegetable Recipes or sauces.
