Fried cheese balls served hot.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites, whip into stiff snow, lightly stir in grated cheese, ground pepper 2. Form small balls (croquettes), coat them in breadcrumbs, then in beaten egg yolks and again in breadcrumbs
3. Then fry them until golden brown in a higher layer of heated oil
4. Serve very hot.
