4 pcs cheese with white mould 3 pcs egg 1 pcs onion 3 tbsp oatmeal (fine) 1 tbsp vegeta to taste salt a little flour for coating a little breadcrumbs for coating a little oil for frying 2 pcs egg for coating
procedure
1. Grate all the white cheese into a bowl. Add the eggs, finely chopped onion, oatmeal, veggies and salt. Stir the mixture well and make the fritters. 2. Coat both sides of the finished fashirki in plain flour, then in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry the patties in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides and serve with vegetable salad.
