Cheese curd recipe for only 2 oz of cheese curds

If you love cheese curds but don’t want to make a big batch, this recipe is for you! With only two ounces of cheese curds, you can make a delicious snack that will satisfy your cravings.
To make this recipe, you will need:
2 oz of cheese curds
1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of milk
Here’s how to make it:
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt and pepper.
Coat the cheese curds in the flour mixture.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the coated cheese curds to the saucepan and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown.
Add the milk and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, until the sauce is thick and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
