Chocolate dough
100 g dark chocolate 120 g butter 50 g granulated sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 2 pcs eggs 1 pinch salt 150 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder
Cottage cheese
300 g soft cottage cheese 100 g granulated sugar 2 pcs egg
Fruit
1 cup drained sour cherries

Simple, delicious chocolate and juicy cake.

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave and stir. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer until frothy. Add the chocolate mixture, flour and baking powder and mix everything together. In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sugar and eggs.

Grease and flour a small baking tray, pour in half of the batter, then the cottage cheese mixture, the cherries and top with the rest of the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 st. C for 40 – 50 minutes.
