Cheese croquettes

2 pcs roll 4 tbsp milk 1 tbsp oil 1 pcs onion 2 pcs egg 100 g hard cheese 1 pcs hard-boiled egg 1 tbsp parsley to taste salt, ground black pepper, vegeta some breadcrumbs

1. Cut the gnocchi into cubes, cover them with lukewarm milk and leave them to swell. Fry the finely chopped onion in a frying pan in oil. Add the finely chopped egg and onion. Stir in the beaten eggs, grated cheese, salt, pepper and vegeta. 2. Shape the mixture into balls, roll them in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the croquettes at 180°C until golden.
