Cheese cake

ingredients

400 g plain flour 1/2 cube fresh yeast 50 ml vegetable oil 125 ml whole milk salt 1 tsp. Sugar

Filling

1 crucible sour cream 1 pk egg (L) Cheese – String, sliced, mozzarella and other

Today we have a savoury cake.

1.

From milk, sugar and yeast I make sourdough.

In a bowl I make a sourdough dough, adding oil and flour and sourdough starter. I sprinkle plain flour and let the dough rise.

I prepare a 28cm diameter mould. I roll out the dough to the size of the mould, including the sides.

4.

I prepare the cream cheese filling. I mix the egg in the cream and add the different cheeses (what the fridge gave)

5.

I pile the filling on the dough and put it in the oven to bake. Towards the end of baking, I sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
