Cheese Buns
Plates of white bread soaked in milk and eggs, arranged in a baking dish in layers alternating with fine salami, grated cheese and hard-boiled egg rounds. The dish is baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. First, cook the bacon directly in the baking dish in which you will prepare the bun, using a pen to spread the fat around the sides
2. Slice the lid into 7 mm thick slices, then roll them in the milk in which you have beaten 2 whole eggs
3. Place the slices on the bottom of the greased baking dish
4. Spread some of the grated cheese on the lid and cover with the hard-boiled egg rounds, again lay the slices of lids soaked in milk and spread the finely chopped or grated salami on the lids
5. Alternate the layers, sprinkle the last layer of lids with grated cheese and drizzle with melted fat
6. Place the bread in an oven preheated to 170-180 °C and bake slowly until golden brown.
Recommendation:
Serve, for example, radish salad as a side dish.
