Cheese and mayonnaise fritters

ingredients

4 pcs rolls from the previous day 260 g pate-may 200 g hard cheese (eidam) 2 pcs egg 1 tsp parsley 4 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 tsp marjoram 1 tsp vegeta oil for frying breadcrumbs for wrapping

procedure

1.

Soak the sprouts in water, then wring them out and put them in a bowl. Add the other ingredients listed in the schedule.

Shape into rolls and roll in breadcrumbs only. Fry them in hot oil until golden on both sides. Remove them to a paper towel to drain.

Can be served with mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, or vegetable salad.
