Cheese and cream steaks recipe

4 servings 4 pieces of neck or shoulder, leg, boneless thigh fillet… 1 onion large oil frying plain flour coated salt pepper 250 ml of cream 250 g hard cheese: cheddar, Emmental, Gauda… To taste

Recipe preparation

1 Slice the meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cut in the sides, roll in flour and fry in oil on both sides until browned. Coat a baking tray well with salt (flour), line the bottom with onion slices and half of the coarsely grated cheese, place the fried fillets on top, pour over the cream, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake until crisp. 2 Serve with any potato side dish.
