Cheap Bread Soup by Ládi Hruška

Recipe from Lada Hruska’s show “Cook cheaply, cook with Lada Hruska” from TV Nova.

Ingredients:

3 pieces of harder bread 1 piece vegetable bouillon cube 1 pc egg 0.5 l of water 1 dcl milk 1 tbsp lard 1 tsp marjoram, peppercorns, cumin, salt pepper

Procedure:

1. Put one vegetable bouillon cube in 0.5 l of boiling water
2. Add 2 slices of bread cut into cubes and cumin, cook until the bread cubes are cooked
3. After about 10 minutes, you can blend the soup with a stick blender
4. At this stage of preparation, add the eggs beaten in milk and the crushed garlic to the soup
