Chard soup with sausage croutons

ingredients

250 g chard 1 liter water 1 dl whipping cream for cooking 1 tbsp flour 3 cloves garlic pcs salt pcs ground black pepper

200 g bread 1 pk sausage 2 tbsp oil

1. 1. 2. Then wash, wring and cut the leaves into small pieces. 3. Throw everything into a saucepan and add 1 kl salt. Simmer for about 10 minutes. 4. Then pour a litre of water, let it boil and add garlic. 5. Mix everything together. 6. Whisk the cooking cream with 1 tbsp flour and add to the soup. Stir, wait until everything thickens and cook for another 5 minutes. 7. Make croutons. Add the sausage and fry for another 5 minutes until the bread and sausage are crispy. 9. Serve the croutons with soup. Enjoy!
