Charcuterie Soup

Georgian recipe for a tasty thick soup made of beef, rice, tomato puree and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of beef (beef front) 50 g of rice 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc large onions 2 tablespoons of grain puree green parsley ground black pepper water

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into small cubes, place in cold water, bring to a rapid boil and then cook over low heat for about 60 minutes
2. Add finely chopped onion, garlic rubbed with salt and steamed rice to the soup
3. Boil until the rice is soft, then add tomato paste, boil again
4. Finally, season the soup with salt, pepper and chopped green parsley.
