600 g mutton 30 g garlic 200 g rice 200 g onion 100 g red pepper 50 g fat 50 g tomato puree to taste parsley a little whole black peppercorns a little bay leaf to taste salt
procedure
1. Put the mutton, chopped into smaller pieces, into salted water with the bay leaf, garlic and whole peppercorns. 2. Before the meat is cooked, add the washed rice, finely chopped onion smothered in fat, together with the red peppers, cut into slices. 3. Add the tomato puree and cook until soft. Before serving, add finely chopped green parsley.
