Chao Pork Kidney

This recipe, originally from China, is for kidney beans soaked in water, then fried together with mushrooms, mushrooms, garlic and leeks, finally simmered until tender, seasoned with wine and vegetable broth.

Procedure:
1. Cut the kidneys lengthwise and remove the veins from the middle, then cut them into noodles, wash them, put them in a bowl and cover with clean water, let them soak for at least 2 hours
2. Drain the water, dry the kidneys and mix them with Solamil
3. Heat the oil in a pan, put the kidneys, fry them vigorously, add the pre-soaked and chopped mushroom ear, mushrooms, leeks and garlic slices, stir and sauté in the oil
4. When the mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes are soft, pour the mixture with the broth, add the dessert wine
5. Finally, season with Glutasol, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
Recommendation:
Serve with rice.
