Cereal pear/apple strudel (strudel) recipe

2 servings 80 g of my salt approx. icing sugar for vanilla sugar or semolina sugar to sprinkle, to taste 400 g puff pastry flakes NOWACO – in a package 3 pcs raisins soaked in rum, to taste 2 pcs. 2 rolls of old, preferably peeled, approx. 1 – lemon zest to taste chopped nuts or grated coconut to taste, whisked egg, coated pears or apples – peeled, grated, sliced or macaroni cinnamon – ground to taste
Procedure for the recipe
1 Allow the parchment dough to thaw, then roll it out on a floured surface into three squares of approximately 25×25 cm.
