Celery toast fritters

Doughs dry fried on both sides or in oil, then topped with celery-cheese mixture combined with eggs and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

1 package of toasted bread 150 g hard cheese 150 g celery 2 pcs of egg pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Grate the celery and cheese on a coarse grater and combine with the eggs, salt and pepper
