Celery, Carrot and Apple Salad

Don’t be afraid to combine different flavours, like the taste of Vegetable Recipes together with fruit, in this case apple. In combination with lemon juice, raisins and nuts, a tasty refreshing salad is created, suitable for example as a snack for the summer heat.

Ingredients:

400 g of carrots 250 g celery 1 pc of large apple 1/2 handful of raisins 1/2 handful of your favorite chopped nuts juice of 1 lemon

Procedure:

Clean the carrots, celery and one apple and grate into a bowl.

Sprinkle the mixture with the juice of one lemon.

Add a handful of raisins and your favorite nuts, walnuts are great, for example.

Stir the mixture and you have a great snack for warm days.
