1 pk romaine lettuce 2 pk chicken breasts salt freshly ground black pepper 4 sprigs fresh rosemary anchovy oil
Ceasar dressing
2 pk egg yolk 2 cloves garlic 2 pk anchovies 1 tsp dijon mustard 2 tbsp grated parmesan freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp water

First make the ceasar dressing – put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Place the romaine lettuce in a large bowl and pour the pre-prepared dressing over the romaine lettuce and toss.

Wash and pat dry two chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper on each side, adding sprigs of rosemary.
4.
Heat the anchovy oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness – so that it stays juicy, not dried out).
5.
Serve.
