120 g butter a little milk to taste caviar 1 pcs onion a little grated parmesan a little oil a little lemon juice
procedure
1.
Add the caviar, previously washed in milk, to the well-whipped butter. Mix and progressively add a small, finely chopped onion, a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese, two teaspoons of oil and lemon juice.

Stir well and set aside to cool. Serve the spread on bread, bun or sandwich.
