Caviar Eggs in the Shape of Boats
Caviar eggs are served as an appetizer on festive occasions. Count 1-2 eggs per person.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Hard boil the eggs, let them cool, then peel them, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with a spoonful of cream, a few drops of Tabasco and salt
3. Fill the holes in the egg whites with the mixture, decorate each with a spoonful of caviar
4. Cut the cheese slices into cubes 2.5 x 2.5 cm, pierce with toothpicks, and thread the sheets into the eggs
5. Finally, decorate the boats with strips of peppers and serve.
Recommendation:
Instead of skewers, you can use thin salty sticks.
