Cauliflower stew
ingredients
500 g cauliflower 3 pcs carrots 1 pcs spaghetti zucchini 3 pcs tomatoes 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 dl milk 50 g cheese 1 pcs egg 1 handful parsley

1. 2. Add the riced cauliflower, zucchini and carrots. 3. Add 1 KL soy sauce and 1 KL salt. 4. Then 3 acre tomatoes and simmer covered for 15 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, beat egg in milk and stir in grated cheese. 6. Pour into the pan, stir and finally add the parsley. 7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
