Cauliflower Soup with Tomatoes

Soup of boiled cauliflower, tomatoes, onions and spices.

Ingredients:

1 piece of cauliflower 50 g onion 440 g peeled tomatoes from can 3 tsp curry spices ground pepper frying oil cilantro for garnish sesame seeds for garnish salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Let the peeled, finely chopped onion fry in hot oil
3. Add the curry spices, peeled tomatoes, pour in the cauliflower broth, add salt and pepper and let it simmer for 15 minutes
4. Stir the cooked cauliflower florets into the soup, let it warm up and garnish each portion with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
