Cauliflower soup with semolina gnocchi

1 pk small cauliflower / or half/ 2 pk carrots 2 pk potatoes 1 handful of peas 2 liters Chicken home broth pk salt 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp flour 1 tsp sweet red ground pepper

Clean the Vegetable Recipes. Cut potatoes into small cubes, carrots into rounds, cauliflower into florets. Pour broth (cold water if you don’t have it), salt and put to boil.

When the cauliflower is soft, I make a thin roux. On the oil a teaspoon of flour and ground paprika. Pour in water, stir and pour in the boiling soup. Prepare the dough for the gnocchi.

Use a small spoon to make gnocchi in the soup, if you like big gnocchi, just use a small spoon. Boil in the soup.

Let the gnocchi boil slightly to cook. Enjoy.
