400 g cauliflower 1.5 litres water 200 g kale 50 g plain flour 50 g butter to taste salt,cumin
procedure
Cut the cauliflower into florets, put in salted water and boil, add the chopped kale and simmer. Season with salt and cumin. Make a roux with the flour and butter, add it to the soup and bring to the boil.
