Cauliflower soup with egg not only for babies

ingredients

1 butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 pk onion 3 pk potato 200 g cauliflower (fresh or frozen) pk black pepper 100 g frozen peas 1 liter hot water 1 pk egg

A delicious combination of summer flavours that we remember from our childhood.

1.

Heat a slice of butter in a large saucepan with olive oil.

Add finely chopped onion and sauté until soft.

3.

Add the diced potatoes and stir.

4.

Next, add the cauliflower and mix again.

5.

Add seasoning and salt to taste (whether for adults or children).

6.

Add the frozen peas and mix everything together.

7.

Sprinkle with boiling or hot water.

8.

Bring to the boil and cook over a low heat for 15 minutes, or until the Vegetable Recipes are tender.

9.

Finally, add the beaten egg with a drop of water and wait for the soup to come back to a boil.

10.

Serve.
