Cauliflower salad with yoghurt dressing

I was surprised at the flavor myself. Absolutely perfect as a light dinner or for a barbecue
1. Take 2PL of the yoghurt for about 2 large portions of salad and make the dressing. 2. Squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic (depending on size) and squeeze a quarter of the cheese in the bulb. Season with a little pepper and salt. Taste to see if you like the taste or add garlic pepper or another clove or a little more cheese. 3. Chop the spring onion, cherry and two slices of cheese cut into cubes. 4. Drain the cooked cauliflower. 5. Add to the Vegetable Recipes along with the cooked diced eggs. 6. Mix everything together with the dressing and season with salt to taste.
