Cauliflower pudding

1 pk cauliflower 4 pk potato 1 crucible whipping cream 1 crucible Greek yoghurt 2 pk egg to taste salt, ground black pepper, chopped parsley 1 can mushrooms 130 g hard cheese

1. Clean the cauliflower and potatoes, cut into smaller pieces and boil each separately in lightly salted water. Drain everything and leave to cool. 2. In a bowl, mix the cream, yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley. Grease a baking dish with oil and progressively place the cauliflower, potatoes, mushrooms and repeat this progression one more time. Top with the cauliflower, pour the cream mixture over everything and sprinkle with the cheese. 3. Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
