Cauliflower pizza

1/2 pk half cauliflower 2 pk egg salt flax seeds 3 tbsp plain (spelt) flour tomato base (I used my homemade ketchup) smashed garlic clove in olive oil ham zucchini tomatoes hard cheese grated oregano (who likes)

Cook the cauliflower until semi-soft in salted water. Pull out, drain and allow to drain and cool.

Roughly mash the cauliflower, then “mash” with a fork. Add two eggs, salt to taste, a teaspoon or two of flaxseed and flour, make a dough, which you spread with your hands on baking paper.

Place the dough in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and pull out.

Wipe with olive oil and garlic, sprinkle with salt, put homemade ketchup, place salami, zucchini, tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese (oregano or pizza seasoning if you like) and bake again until the pizza is done.
5.
Let it cool and you can cut it.
