1 pk cauliflower 2 cloves garlic 1 pk onion 2 pk egg 150 g breadcrumbs for coating 1 KL marjoram 1/4 KL ground nutmeg to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil for frying
step
1. Wash the cauliflower, break into florets and boil in salted water until tender. Drain, let cool and mash with a fork. 2. To the cauliflower add the crushed garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs and chopped onion. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, marjoram and nutmeg. 3. Shape the mixture into patties, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan in hot oil.
