Cauliflower in mushroom batter

ingredients

1 pk cauliflower a little vegetable broth 2 pk egg 40 g mushrooms 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp white wine a little plain flour a little cooking cream to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil for frying

1. Break the cauliflower into large florets and boil them in the hot vegetable stock for a few minutes. Take them out, drain and leave to drain. 2. Chop the mushrooms finely, fry them in a pan with hot butter. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. When they have cooled, add the wine, a little cream, beaten eggs and enough flour to make a batter. 3. Coat the cauliflower florets in flour and batter and fry them in hot oil.
