Cauliflower fritters with garlic dressing

ingredients

1 pcs cauliflower 100 g ham, (salami, bacon to taste) salt, ground black pepper, herbs 2 pcs eggs oil for frying

Sauce

250 ml sour cream olive oil 2 cloves garlic salt, ground black pepper

A light dinner for the whole family.

Cauliflower break into smaller florets and boil in salted water. Then mash it like potatoes not to a very thin mash, so that there are chunks.

Add the eggs, chopped sausage, salt, pepper, add herbs to taste and breadcrumbs. Shape into patties and coat in breadcrumbs. Drain.

Smear – mix everything together and season to taste.
