Cauliflower and Parmesan Flan

Here is the recipe to make a good cauliflower flan with parmesan, easy to prepare, quite light and complete. Follow the preparation steps and make this dish successful in a few minutes.

If you want to make this flan even lighter, substitute the fresh cream with 0% fromage frais.

Ingredients for 4 parts:

1 cauliflower 3 eggs 250 ml fresh cream 5% 60 g parmesan rosemary

Preparation:

Wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces, then boil it in salted water for 10 min and drain.Cut the parmesan cheese into pieces.

Put the eggs, parmesan cheese, cream and a little rosemary in a blender and blend well.

Put the cauliflower pieces in a pan then pour the mixture from the blender over them.

Finally put your cauliflower parmesan flan to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
