800 g catfish 60 g lard 60 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 pk pickled cucumber 1 tbsp tomato puree 10 g plain flour 1/2 dl red wine a little ground black pepper a little lemon juice to taste salt
procedure
1. Clean the catfish, cut, salt, dust with flour and fry in hot lard. 2. Add cooked Vegetable Recipes and cucumber cut into small cubes, tomato puree, black pepper, a little water and simmer covered. 3. Finally, dust with flour, add wine, simmer and drizzle the fish with lemon juice. 4. Serve with steamed rice or boiled potatoes.
