Burgers have always been well-liked, and this summer, why not enjoy the season with a handmade, juicy burger? There is nothing better, regardless of preparation method.
Use an accurate instant-read thermometer to make sure your burgers have reached an appropriate internal temperature. Ground meats should be cooked to at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit to be consumed safely. You should aim for 165 degrees Fahrenheit when checking the temperature of chicken. Fish and shellfish are OK to eat at temperatures as low as 145 degrees Fahrenheit, but if there are raw eggs in the seafood burger mixture, you should cook it to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
