200 ml milk 2 tsp sourdough starter 1 cube fresh yeast
Dough
250 g plain flour 250 g semi-coarse flour 50 g sugar 1 pk egg 100 ml oil 300 ml milk pk salt
Filling
500 g cottage cheese 100 g sugar 3 pcs egg

I’ve had a hankering for baked buns for a long time, but didn’t feel like fiddling with them. I found this amazing recipe on the internet. Try it! I recommend lumpy cottage cheese, I only had soft cottage cheese and it spilled a lot. Choose the filling according to taste: jam, nuts, poppy seeds, cottage cheese.

In warm milk with sugar, grind the yeast and let the yeast rise.

Place all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and pour in the sourdough starter. With a mixer, make a thin dough.

Pour half of the dough into a greased baking tin (approx. 35x25cm). In an imaginary grid, make balls of filling. I put cottage cheese and a little jam here and there.

Pour the rest of the dough. First in a thin layer lengthwise then widthwise.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190degrees for about 45min. Once cooled, sugar the cake and cut it.

I made the cheesecake filling with cottage cheese, sugar and eggs.
