Casserole

Roasted beef patties smothered in onion base with lech. Recipe originally from Ĺ umpersko.

Ingredients:

500 g of beef sirloin 200 g of potatoes 100 g onions 100 g lard 100 g onions 0.5 l water mayo ground black pepper pinch of ground red pepper cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Slice the roast beef into slices, lightly season with salt and pepper 2. Fry the individual slices of meat on both sides in one third of the fat
3. Chop the peeled onion, fry in a pot (casserole) until golden brown, add the red pepper flakes, pour warm water slightly
4. Add diced potatoes to the semi-soft meat and top up with hot water
6. Simmer again, add lecho, season to taste and add salt if necessary.
