Carrots with WW milk

Here is the recipe for carrots with WW milk, a good dish with a sweet taste of carrots and a creamy milk sauce, easy and simple to make to accompany your meat or fish dishes.

Ingredients for 4 people: – 2 sp / person –

400 g carrots 15 g light butter 20 g cornstarch 200 ml skim milk 100 ml water salt, pepper

Preparation:

Wash then peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
In a saucepan melt the butter then add the cornstarch and mix.
Then add the carrots and let them brown for 3 minutes.
Pour the milk and water, add salt and pepper then cover and let cook until they are tender and the liquid becomes creamy.
Then serve your dish hot.
