Carrots with honey and thyme

600 g carrots 25 g butter 1 tbsp honey a few sprigs of thyme

Clean the carrots and cut them into strips. Put them in a frying pan, add the butter, honey and thyme. Roast the carrots over medium heat until browned.

Then pour 200 ml of water over the carrots and cook until soft.
