Carrots

From plain flour, 100% fat, grated carrots and baking powder work out a dough, rolled out, cut out with a mould and baked in the oven until golden brown, finally coated in vanilla sugar.

Procedure:
1. Mix the grated carrots with the allowed fat and flour mixed with baking powder
2. Roll out a thinner pancake on floured surface
3. Cut out circles with a mould, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
4. Bake slowly in a preheated oven at 170 °C until golden brown
5. Coat the baked carrots in vanilla sugar and serve.
