Carrot soup

ingredients

300 g carrots 2 tbsp oil 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp minced coriander pcs salt pcs sunflower seeds pcs lemon juice

step

1. Put the oil in a saucepan and fry the grated carrots and garlic for a while. Season with coriander, salt and a little lemon juice. 2. Pour water (about 1l), let it boil and boil for about 15 minutes more. Dry roast the sunflower (or other) seeds in a pan and sprinkle them over the soup in the plate. Good taste.
