Carrot soup with sauerkraut

3 cups grated carrots 2 cups peeled potatoes 1 pk onion 3 cups sauerkraut 12 cups water 4 tsp oil 1 pk vegetable broth a little meat to taste 2 tsp brine 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp ground fennel a little parsley

1. Put the carrots and sliced potatoes to boil in water. When they are soft, fry the chopped onion and cabbage in two tablespoons of oil. Add to the soup along with the other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Put the meat to boil and only when it is soft put it in the soup. Drizzle the top with oil and sprinkle with parsley.
