Carrot soup with rice

ingredients

6 pcs carrots 4 cups vegetable broth (broth) 1 tbsp tebi yeast 1/2 tsp minced coriander 2 cloves garlic pcs salt pcs chopped chives 1 cup cooked rice

procedure

Put oil, tebi and cleaned and chopped carrots in a pot. Stir and fry for a minute. Pour in the boiling broth, add the coriander, garlic and cook until the carrots are tender.

Mix the soup to a fine consistency. Add cooked rice and sprinkle with chives. Bon appetit 🙂
