Carrot soup with orange juice

ingredients

6 pcs carrots 1 pcs orange 30 g grated ginger 2 tbsp butter salt

procedure

Clean the carrots and cut them into pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the carrots in it for about 2-3 minutes. Add the grated ginger and simmer for about 2 more minutes. Pour in water (about 1,5 litres). Add a little salt and cook until the carrots are tender. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup. Add the juice of one orange and the soup is ready.
