1 kg carrots 1 pk parsley 1 pk onion 100 g butter 1 KL romaine 2 pk orange 750 ml vegetable broth 150 ml sweet cream 1 pk orange for garnish
procedure
1. Fry the onion, chopped into large pieces, in hot butter in a saucepan. Add the finely chopped carrots and parsley. 2. Then add the orange juice and let it bubble for a few minutes. Bring the mixture to the boil and cook over a low heat until the Vegetable Recipes are tender. 3. Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy, add a little water or stock if it is too thick. 4. Shortly before serving, add the cream, let it warm through and serve with a slice of orange.
