Carrot soup with ginger

2 cups grated carrots 1 pk onion pk ginger 2 tsp salt a little ground black pepper 3 dl milk 1 tbsp lard
step
1. Fry the onion in the lard, add the carrots, add a little water and simmer covered, stirring occasionally. 2. Peel about 2cm of ginger. Grate it, although I sliced it, but then we took it out of the plates 🙁 3. Pour in about 1.5 litres of hot water and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour in the milk and let it come almost to a boil, but don’t boil anymore.
