400 g carrots 200 g celery 2 pcs apple 4 cloves garlic 1 pcs white yoghurt 2 tbsp mayonnaise pcs salt, white pepper

1.
Peel and grate the carrots and celery.
2.
Slice the apples and cut out the cores.
3.
Grate on a coarse grater
4.
Mix everything together, add crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
5.
Finally add the yogurt and mayonnaise. Let it cool well, for at least an hour.
