Carrot-egg spread with homemade kaiser

ingredients

3 cups plain white spelt flour 1,5 cups lukewarm water 1 KL salt 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 dl oil flax and sesame seeds water and salt for rubbing 7 g dried yeast

Sauce

1 pk large carrot 3 pk hard-boiled egg 100 g butter 1 pk processed cheese in a casing or 5 pk triangular cheese salt

progress

1.

From flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and two teaspoons of flax seeds make a dough and put it in a warm place to rise.

2.

When it’s risen, turn it out onto a floured board and slowly “chew” off the dough, forming small loaves that you place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave to prove for about 15 minutes, take a knife and dip it in lukewarm water so that the dough doesn’t stick to the knife and cut deep slits in the loaves. Finally, brush with water in which you have melted salt, sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds, let them rise for a while and pop into the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then turn down to 180 and bake the kaiserky until they have a beautiful brownish color, take out and let cool down.

3.

Carrot Spread Peel one large carrot, grate it on a grater, add 3 hard boiled eggs, which you grate finely, add about 100g of well spreadable cow’s butter, melted cheese, either in a casing or 5 triangular pieces, add a little salt and mix well and refrigerate. After an hour, you can spread it on kaiserky.
